Embracing My Inner leatherboy As boy quinton

Embracing the leather lifestyle has been a great experience for me so far. So many events, competitions to experience, and lots of wonderful people to meet. For the past couple of months, I've been a busy boy reading about the history of the leather community and all that comes with the lifestyle. There are so many new opportunities throughout the United States, and the World to become a part of. Lately, I've thought about joining DC Boys of Leather (Local Chapter) or any other local leather group. It is the most amazing to find people who are like minded. The most important thing is that I've been discovering the inner leather boy that I am, and who I am proud to be called "boy quinton".


Recently, I have found through facebook an amazing bunch of mentors, boys, Sirs/Dominants and also found two amazing boy's who I enjoy talking with. To be honest, we're best friends and more like brothers! I do respect the SIRs, boys, and I honor and cherish the friendship they've shown me. The quest to find my SIR will be a great, and journey for myself. Upon starting this journey of discovering who "boy quinton" is, boy has dealt with many things in his life (just like everyone else); but upon entering into the leather community boy has seen a new change in boy's life. With the mentoring from SIR and boy's peers, and making new friendships and relationships is far the best journey that boy has been experiencing, and boy want's too thank every one of you (YOU know who YOU are!).

So, what's new? Well, boy quinton has discovered his hanky colors & meanings - (listed below):

Red - Fisting
Navy Blue - Likes to be "catcher"
Fuschia - Spanking
Hunter Green - Likes older guys
Medium Blue - Uniform Fetish
Grey -Bondage
Black - SM

Yes, boy quinton has a lot but this is who boy is and am proud of who he is discovering himself to be. Also boy quinton is big on protocols and respect and all that comes with being in service to a SIR. As an uncollared boy, I treat people the way that I would want to be treated. This boy is a fast learner that picks up on what to do and what not to do quickly.

Great Crevase Edgar Mueller.
Hard work: Together with up to five assistants, Mueller painted all day long from sunrise to sunset. 
The picture appeared on the East Pier in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland as part of the town's Festival of World Cultures.

He spent five days, working 12 hours a day, to create the 250 square meter image of the crevasse, which, viewed from
the correct angle, appears to be 3D. He then persuaded passers-by to complete the illusion by pretending the gaping hole
was real. “I wanted to play with positives and negatives to encourage people to think twice about everything they see,' he said.
'It was a very scary scene, but when people saw it they had great fun playing on it and pretending to fall into the earth.
I like to think that later, when they returned home, they might reflect more on what a frightening scenario it was and say,
Wow, that was actually pretty scary."
Mueller, who has previously painted a giant waterfall in Canada, said he was inspired by the British 'Pavement  Picasso'
Julian Beever, whose dramatic but more gentle 3D street images have featured in the Daily Mail.

This guy is amazing no matter how you look at it!

I'm Back


2011 Is here and I survived another year... I had some good times like spending more time with my partner Scott, spent time learning more American Sign Language as well as getting out and visiting the leather community and Baltimore along with getting to know my brothers and sisters of the leather community. Also during the year I got to meet a few stars of a more adult nature in Rusty McMann & Anthony DeAngelo & Cameron Cruise.

But of course there had to be some bad times of 2010... Lost a few friends and 2 weeks before christmas my partner of 15 months was taken from me and went home to the lord.

Below are two poems I wrote on losing Scott, how much I miss him and how much I loved him:

"One In A Million"

From the day you came into my life I knew that you were someone special.
You were a true genuine person and onethat could always put a smile on my face
when I was down or when we were just being silly.

I cherish the time we spent together
and will always remember the true love you showed me.
I will never forget the places we went, or the things you taught me.
I never knew real love until the day that we met and connected as one.

Even through rough times during our time together,
as well as the struggles you went thru as well as the struggles I went through.
We were always there for each other.

Now that you are gone, a part of my life has been taken away.
True love a gentle caring guy that was a son, a brother, a cousin,
an uncle and as a partner has gone home to the heavens above.

I know now you are at peace, out of the pain, and resting peacefully
with mom and sister Shelby. I am happy to have known you and to have been a part of your life. I am grateful to you for making you the happiest man in the world as well as being proud of me.

From your friends to those closest to you, to your parents, sister and other aquaintences...
You were One In A Million.

You will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

"Think Of You"
As I sit and reminince, I think of you...
I think of the time we spent together,
I think of the good and bad times together.
I laugh when I think about those times when 
we were being silly and I tear up when I think
about those time when we were apart.


Missing you is as much as I do, is like hurting
more than anything I can think of. Not seeing you
face to face or hearing your voice or hearing your 
sweet laughter is taking it's toll on me physically
and mentally.


But I will always cherish the memories we had and keep
them locked away in my heart. I just wish i could see you
again... if even for a minute or an hour or a day...
Just to see a phone call from you or a message in my email
would bring a smile to my face.


I don't know any other way to say I love you... Deep down
inside I know you "loved me lots" as you would say... then
I'd reply "I love you dearly".


Without you I sometimes feel like a nervous reck... but with
having the support of all of our friends keeps your memory alive
as you will never be forgotten and that you always have a special
place in their hearts.


Hey Mr. Wilson... You'll always be in my heart and I'll never forget you.

But through the ruff time of the loss of Scott... I did make the best of if... I got to spend christmas day with my dad, my step-mom and my stepsister.

Here I'm pictured with my step-sister Lauren and my step-mom Janet.

A few days after Scott's burial.. they was a memorial held in his honor at The Baltimore Eagle in Remembrance of Scott Willard Wilson. I was surrounded by good friends... correction... I was surrounded by my extended family that showed me a lot of love and support thru the holiday season of 2010.
Plus I can't forget about New Years being spent with SIR John & Boy John... Amongst all of the people that have been there for me through the difficult holiday season I had... I was embraced by the leather community of Baltimore. My thanks to EVERYONE for being a friend to Scott and to myself and to those that were able to be there to pay your respects to Scott. It is much appreciated by all Scott's family (which includes me and his closest friends) and friends.

So on to 2011... I hope 2011 brings me lots of happiness and comfort knowing that I have my family, my friends and my extended family... who will be there for me. Scott may be gone but he is not forgotten. His memory will live on inside me forever.

Ramblings of a young guy

Something that has always irritated me about people is that some want to be so hateful and negative. They want to attack the LGBT community and deny the LGBT community rights and equality and everything because of how they were brought up.

I was never brought up to hate or brought up to discriminate against others. For me being black and gay is like the double standard for hate and everything that is associated with that word. I never got to experience the full on treatment of racism but it is something that still exists and is something that really needs to cease to exist.

Come on people... it's not 1970, 1945, or 1836. It's time to move into the present day. So what in the bible it says "man should not lay with mankind as it does with woman kind", it does not say it is a sin or that got hates fags. What is in the bible is to be interpreted in YOUR own view of it..

For the record, not that i have read the entire bible but there is not one mention of the words: hate, fag, queer, n***er, and all of the other hateful racist words that Americans use to be derrogatory and disrespect other people in the world.
In Section 1 of the constituion is reads: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

In other words, the words "We The People...." in the constitution means EVERYBODY... including gays, lesbians, and the LGBT community. I know that I can't change that or change people to accept me for being who I am, but we as Americans need to learn the meaning of equality. All that the LGBT community want is to be equal in this country.

But then you have people like Fred Phelps, News Journalist Brian Brown of the National Organization for Marriage who are filled with such hate that it makes me sick... People like that were brought up to hate and discriminate and nobody needs to follow people like that, that know nothing but to be negative to others.

For me I applaud people like Harvey Milk and Judge Vaughn Walker who are and have been fighting for gays and fighting H8/Prop 8. It's people like them who are true Americans and children of God.... 

Simply put God loves us just as we are... WE are all his children.

This Week In Gay History

Judge Vaughn R. Walker
This week in gay history Judge Walker, who is an openly gay judge overturned the ban on Prop 8 in California... This will entitle those of the LGBT community to be legally married again. I think this is wonderful news to hear... It's people like him and Harvey Milk that have fought and are fighting for Gay Rights and equality within the LGBT community.


It's even in the constitution that everybody should be equal and have their rights and what not... as stated... "No State Shall....deny to any person within it's jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

But that is not so true within the 45 states that ban or deny members like myself equal rights as a gay man... Come on America it's 2010, not 1960. It's time to move into the future and let go of this hate... not just towards the LGBT community but towards all people...

The other news of the week is that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger finally had a change of heart in a choice of words and is saying that Gays and lesbians SHOULD be allowed to marry... This is could news to hear... but in my opinion it dosen't excuse the fact that he allowed the ban to go in effect 2 years ago... BAD MOVE Mr. TERMINATOR!!!!
